| Adam Ball joined Whetter Duckworth Fowler as a trainee solicitor in October 2000 and qualified in 2002. Since qualifying Adam has been undertaking the firm’s civil litigation work. Adam specialises in contractual disputes, negligence claims, consumer disputes, landlord and tenant, debt and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975. Adam also drafts statutory declarations and undertakes the more contentious financial cases between divorcing couples. Adam is based at our Kidlington office. |

| Carrie Rudge joined Whetter Duckworth Fowler in August 2003 as a trainee solicitor during which time she spent one year in the family department, 6 months in the conveyancing department and 6 months in the probate department. Carrie qualified in August 2005 and has been working in the family department since then. Carrie specialises in disputes concerning children, divorce, financial disputes, civil partnerships and injunctions. Carrie is based at our Kidlington office. |
